Update Ver 0.0.1.4


Made multiple balance changes to really give options across the characters, and to give strength to Flatwoods Monster, who was sorely lacking in much to do after connecting a hit in previous builds.

System wide
-Blowbacks can now be special cancelled instead of just super cancelled like they were before. This is true both on hit and block.
-Hitstun and knockback scaling now don't start to apply until one of the following happens
          a) the attacker has performed a special, blowback, or super
          b) the target has become airborne
-An attack being parried activates the same cancel window that it would if it was blocked or if it hit. 
-Fixed a bug that allowed the landing frames of normals to be canceled into the air versions of moves instead of grounded versions

Character Specific
Mothman

-5H is now -2 on block
-the last hit of L Rushing Claw(214+L) launches the opponent behind Mothman
-the last hit of M Rushing Claw(214+M) launches the opponent ahead of Mothman
-increased the juggle launch of M Rushing Claw
-reduced the projectile invincibility of L, M and H Rushing Claw (214+L/M/H) from 30 frames (can you believe it) to 15 frames.

Flatwoods Monster
-5M launches higher in juggles
-5H launches higher in juggles and has lower hit gravity
-jM launches higher in juggles
-jH launches higher in juggles and has lower hit gravity
-L,M, and H Ocular Beam (236+L/M/H) launches higher in juggles and has lower hit gravity
-Max Ocular Beam (236+XX) launches much higher and has much lower hit gravity.
-Black Hole (214+XX) now lowers the opponent's fall speed slightly while they're is out of hitstun, and heavily while they're in hitstun and at or above the black hole's height 
-if you hold back (4) during the startup of Black Hole (214+XX) it will now be thrown closer to Flatwoods Monster
-Black Hole (214+XX)'s duration was extended from 150 frames to 250 frames

Goatman
-added a new color palette inspired by Shou from Slave Zero X
-all versions of Arc Chop (214+L/M/H) had their projectile invulnerability reduced from 15 frames at start to 5
-all versions of Axe Grinder (236+L/M/H) had their projectile invulnerability increased from 5 frames at start to 15
-made 5M launch higher on juggle.
