Update Ver 0.0.1.11


Made a lot of little fixes that needed to be made both to the systems and across the roster, including renovating parries a bit, fixing up the damage on multi hitting moves to not have as huge of a divide between versions, and a ton more little things


System Changes
-fixed an issue where damage scaling would carry between combos.
-made all characters immediately fully actionable after successful parry
-increased active frames for every character's parry.
-reduced hitstop for all standard throws that hit as counter hit.
-reduced the base volume of the throw tech sound effect. 
-made back dashes able to be input with 3+Dash.
-added an extra frame that the input buffer holds onto for 623 inputs

Mothman
-reduced blockstun and pushback on all of Eye Blasts (236+X)  
-increased damage on Light Rushing Claw (214+L)
-increased the launch on juggle for Medium and Heavy Rushing Claws (214+M/H)
-increased juggle launch on the second to last hit of Heavy Rushing Claw to prevent dropping out of the last hit mid juggle.

Flatwoods Monster
-changed the beam, galaxy and black hole coloring on color 24.
-changed the face and neck coloring on color 12, and changed the coloring on the character select portrait to better match the palette
-added a new animation for the projectile of Galaxy Throw (214+X) that plays if the projectile dies without hitting anything.
-filled an empty pixel on a few frames of Medium Ocular Beam (236+X).
-removed the momentum carry on Light and Medium Ocular Beam (236+L/M) 
-fixed the hitbox on 6L to not whiff point blank.
-increased the damage on the first connected hit and decreased damage on all following hits for Light Medium and Heavy Drilling (646+X)
-decreased chip on Light Medium and Heavy Drilling (646+X)  
-decreased damage and chip on Lobotomy Drill (646+XX).
-increased the damage on the first connected hit and decreased damage on all following hits for Light Medium and Heavy Diving Drill (623+X)
-increased the damage on the first connected hit and decreased damage on all following hits for Diving Lobotomy Drill (623+X).
-made the landing speed on Heavy Diving Drill (623+H) and Diving Lobotomy Drill (623+XX) to reduced when the move connects to end up with less weird situations off of landing it. 

Goatman
-reduced the invincibility on Light and Medium Rushing Uppers (623+L/M).
-increased the damage and juggle launch of Light Axe Grinder (236+L).
-increased the damage and chip of the first connected hit and reduced the damage and chip of following hits of Medium Axe Grinder (236+M)
-increased the juggle launch on the last hit of Medium Axe Grinder (236+M).
-increased the damage and chip of the first connected hit and reduced the damage and chip of the following hits except for the sweep part of Heavy Axe Grinder (236+H).
-increased the juggle launch on the second to last hit of Heavy Axe Grinder (236+H) to prevent dropping it mid juggle.
-increased the juggle launch on the second to last hit of Extreme Axe Grinder (236+XX) to prevent dropping it mid juggle.
-made Raging Upper(623+XX) jump cancellable on hit.
